Clare + Brandon | Downtown Annapolis Engagement Session

When I met Clare for the first time we talked wedding details for about 30 minutes and talked about life for another hour and a half. It felt like two old friends getting together for the first time in a long time. Her joyful spirit and contagious smile make it easy to spend time with her. Her fiancé, Brandon, agrees. :)  One of the biggest compliments I get from my brides is when they tell me that their groom-to-be actually enjoyed the engagement session. I know that posing for photos isn’t high on too many guy’s lists, but I love seeing how they start to open up during our session together. And that was definitely the case with Brandon. The time we had together flew by and these two made my job so easy! :)

Clare and Brandon chose to do their engagement session in Downtown Annapolis because Brandon asked Clare to marry him one cold winter night on the Compromise Street bridge- in this very spot!

These next two were within the first 15 minutes of shooting. Beau-ti-ful!

See what I mean? I could take pictures of them all day!

I know this backdrop makes its appearance in many an Annapolis Engagement session… but it’s just too good. :)

I just really love, love.

Clare and Brandon, it has been a blessing getting to know you and I can’t wait for your wedding (in less than two weeks)!
