It has been so fun sharing our trip to Vienna with you. I have to say, Austria was never a place I had thought much about until Kristi-Anna moved there. I hadn’t put it on my bucket list of places to visit but figured Europe is a great place and visiting a friend there sounded even better- even if it was a place I hadn’t necessarily dreamed of going. And let me tell you- Austria brought its A-game. It was a wonderful trip for lots of reasons, but overall I quickly fell in love with Vienna (and Hallstatt). Especially at Christmas time, I just found this country to be pretty magical. So, needless to say, I am very thankful we went to Austria.
Now, as much as I loved sharing photos from our trip (and I hope you enjoyed them too!) I am really excited to get back into blogging some of the sessions from 2011 that I haven’t had the chance to post yet! This is what I really love. :) So, a few months ago when my friend Andrea called me about doing a family session for her sweet family of three (plus one on the way!) I was completely ready and excited! And also incredibly nervous. Andrea is a dear friend but also a fantastic photographer- she is one half of Andrea & Renata from whom I have learned so much!
Thanks again, so much, Ackermanns! It was really a privilege and joy doing this portrait session with you!
